Owner of the vehicle first of all have to submit the documents mentioned below,

• Form 29
• Form 30
• Photo copies of the vehicle RC
• Vehicle pollution certificate
• Vehicle Insurance Certificate
• Pan Card
• Vehicle clearance certificate
• Pass port size photograph
• Self-Addressed envelop

• It will reach to your home within 10 to 15 days

Once the Clearance certificate reaches to home, then we can sell or buy the vehicle. For that we need transfer of ownership form along with some other documents.
