• You need to visit RTO for biometric and Motolic support executive will help you for the biometric process.
• To complete your Duplicate driving licence process, you will need to provide a biometric test at an RTO.
• You can get your driver's licence through post within 25-30 working days.
• The steps involved in filing a police report generally fall into three phases: first, the applicant must file an "FIR" (First Information Report); second, they will need to obtain a copy of the report; and finally, they should reach Motolic.
• In the next phase, applicants will need to submit an application as self-declaration. They will also be required to include a copy of their FIR Form, in case if you don't have FIR copy, motolic will support in providing the same to you.
• Once the documents process is completed, the motolic executive will take care of the rest step, applicants will receive an acknowledgment copy or challan copy. In addition, applicants will receive a driving licence duplicate to their provided address by Motolic team
• We will be in touch with you throughout the submission process to provide support and assistance. Total duration to complete this will take 25-30 working days.
